Frequently Asked Questions

  • Generally, when pumps don’t prime, it is because air is getting into the system on the suction side. Some things to try yourself are:

    2. Take note of any drips or leaks you find around the pump.

    3. Make sure the pump basket lid is on tight.

    4. Manually fill the pump basket with water. Sometimes, it can take a few tries.

    5. Call us for an on-side inspection.

  • Your pool may be green due to many factors. However, the most common issue is a chemical imbalance due factors such as plant matter, construction debris. Another common issue is the timing of your pump is off schedule. One last thing to think about, if you’ve had a power outage issue, your timer might have been reset… check timer, etc.
